Join us for stories of triumph, struggle, courage and the power of an inclusive environment from Tammy Barlette, retired Lieutenant Colonel and Air Force fighter pilot.
Together, we’ll learn:
- How small actions within a work environment can have a big impact on productivity and innovation.
- Ways you can bring all your people, their authentic selves and their unique ideas to the table–and why this is critical to your bottom line.
Professionally “growing up” in an aggressive, sometimes cut-throat, environment as one of few (and often the only) women, Tammy earned her place among the “bros” of the fighter pilot world. Although she thrived in the community, it wasn’t until the environment around her changed that she really stepped into her full potential. Tammy will inspire you to take action toward helping your team feel seen, heard and appreciated!
