Alera Group Expands Employee Benefits Team with New Principal

Deerfield, IL (April 19, 2017) — Alera Group, a national employee benefits, property/casualty, risk management and wealth management firm, recently appointed Paul Grady as a Principal to work with Alera Group firms C.M. Smith Agency in Hartford, CT, CBP in Fairfield, CT and Stamford, CT as well as Beacon Retiree Benefits Group in Plantsville, CT.

Formerly a partner at Mercer, Grady joins Alera Group to advise clients on innovative human resource initiatives, focusing on health and welfare benefits strategies. He brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare design, funding, vendor selection, communication and employee engagement to Alera Group.
